Request Help
Include the plugin name and version, your operating system, the steps that led to the problem, and the exact error message when available.
Support covers installation, configuration, plugin tools, generated workpapers, and unexpected plugin behavior.
Problems and New Ideas
For a problem you choose to report, Vera or Clara can prepare a concise report with client material and identifying details removed. You see the exact text before anything is sent, and it goes to Mparanza only with your approval. This cleaning is part of the review workflow; it is not automatic anonymization.
To suggest a new feature or improvement, write it in chat or choose an optional voice interview of up to one minute. The interview is hosted by Mparanza and uses OpenAI voice and transcription services.
Vera, Clara and Lucia monitoring and feedback
Vera, Clara and Lucia automatically report technical faults and track their recovery. Each also records anonymous process usage and observed outcomes. These technical events exclude client documents, prompts and professional outputs.
After a result is delivered, you can rate it from 1 to 5 stars and add an optional comment to help improve the product. Periodic AI monitoring reviews outcomes and feedback to identify problems and improvements. This does not create a support obligation or a guaranteed response time.
Ordinary Functions Support Boundary
Ordinary plugin functions run in your selected AI host and workspace. Mparanza has no automatic access to your files or outputs and cannot inspect their contents unless you choose to share details or invoke a Mparanza-hosted service.
Protect Client Data
Do not email client documents, passwords, API keys, tax identifiers, bank details, or other confidential information. Start with a description of the issue and, if useful, a redacted error message or minimal reproducible example.
Professional Use
Vera and Clara support professional work; they do not replace the professional's review, judgment, or responsibility for client advice and filed work.
