From source files to report draft

The plugin keeps extraction and rendering reproducible while using Codex as the flexible UI for mapping, questions and report prose.

Codex runs inspection.json and suggested_recipe.json creation from the local files.

Codex proposes section assignments, asks only essential ambiguities and edits the recipe for the user.

Deterministic Python scripts render the draft and diagnostics after Codex fills evidence-backed narrative fields.

Every run leaves files that can be inspected, rerun and challenged.
