Operating example

Fictional operating example. Dispatch log: Sara sent February documents to the practice on 10 March 2026. Delivery log: February summary received on 20 March. Internal note by Elena dated 24 March: summary reviewed, overdue customer invoice identified and Sara asked to contact the customer. Note attributed to Sara on 25 March: customer promises payment by 5 April. There is no payment evidence at 31 March. These records show one cycle, not continuity across months; they do not prove every Monday control occurred.
