Fictional internal procedure adopted on 5 January 2026. Sara sends monthly documents by the tenth of the next month; the practice returns the summary by the twentieth. Elena reviews it within five days and records decisions. Every Monday Sara prepares customer due dates and Elena decides collection follow-up. The procedure names no substitute for Sara. This documents the intended process, not proof that it operates every month.
