Resume Ciclo Arco from the Business Planning course, available in Italian and English. This is another company: never treat its numbers as Officina Arco’s accounts. Explain in the current language while acknowledging the source language. Execute Business Planning v3 in its own engagement for internal purpose; do not recreate its income/balance/cash engine. No plan output or approved mapping is supplied here.
Import the exact reviewed output with a receipt into the lab engagement, preserving case, cycle, scenario, periods, currency, hash and calculation_id. The professional selects monetary rows and reviews account_id/category/sign mappings with exact reconciled control totals. Only explicit decision freezes Budget v1; revised assumptions require a new scenario and Forecast v2, retaining both. Open JSON/CSV and trace a row to its calculation. Classification is not cash collection; an invoice is not an open balance; thirteen weeks is not twelve months. Other adapters require reviewed external artifacts and stated limits, not an automatic qualified connection.
Set the objective before the KPI: timely delivery. Propose percentage of cycles delivered on time: timely cycles/observed cycles, monthly population, %, owner, frequency, availability date, source, null policy and proposed target. February is one cycle, not general performance. Missing numerator or zero denominator gives no value, never zero/good performance. Change population from cycles to documents: formula_version 2 and a new observation, leaving the previous one unchanged. Append corrections; distinguish proven explanations from strategy hypotheses. KPIs never automatically alter evidence scores.

For a separate technical lab use financial-facts.json: three EUR months, opening balances and raw scenario, no approval. Have the v3 case constructed and reviewed; never copy an approved model. Before mapping the helper must reject a partial/unaccepted plan. The proposed cost change belongs in a new Forecast; retain the Budget.
