Operations to test
The promoter proposes telephone booking and agreed collection windows. A vehicle would be available two afternoons weekly; route duration and capacity have not been tested. Forty monthly orders are a hypothesis, not demonstrated capacity. The owner would take operational responsibility, subject to agreement; no dedicated staff have been hired. Route trial, vehicle availability and booking/cancellation terms are needed before a pilot. A small test without buying a vehicle is an alternative to a full launch.
