Conversations with existing customers

Anna: “Evening collection would be convenient, but I would want to know the price before booking.” Bruno: “I prefer to bring my bicycle when I pass the shop.” Carla: “I would try collection by appointment if I could choose a time window.” These are informal conversations with existing customers, not a representative survey. Nobody has booked or agreed to a price.

Owner's operational note

A shop vehicle is available on Wednesday evenings, by appointment. The owner can handle the first deliveries. No dedicated driver is available for a daily service. The route, actual capacity and costs still need checking.
